  • Payment information — processed securely through our payment and booking provider; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) when you use our website, through standard analytics tools.

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments and services

Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Novos. Below are the terms of our messaging program:

  • Program description: Novos sends conversational, two-way customer care messages — including appointment confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Messages may be sent manually by our staff.
  • Consent: You opt in to receive text messages at the time of booking. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described above.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our booking/scheduling platform, payment processor, and messaging provider), and only to the extent needed to perform those services.
  • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.

As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared with third parties for marketing.
