These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program offered by Novos. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
When you opt in to the Novos text messaging program, you will receive conversational, two-way customer care messages. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling, follow-ups, and responses to questions you send us. Messages may be sent manually by Novos staff.
How You Opt In
You provide your express consent to receive text messages from Novos at the time of booking. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you text us first, we may reply to your message as part of our normal customer care.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us, such as upcoming appointments or questions you send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are governed by your mobile plan; please contact your carrier for details.
Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
